How we Create
As we mentioned all our products are handmade, below is our product creation steps.
The making of Concrete Kothon

Sketch
Sketch the product on art paper.

Inner Mold
Prepare the inner mold with art paper.

Inner Mold Fixing
Fix the inner mold as per measurement with glue.

Outer Mold
Fix the outer mold and water drainage.

Concrete Mixing
Mix the concrete and stir it properly.

Concrete Pouring
Surround the mold with sand should and pour concrete.
7
24 Hour Later
After 24 hour it’s hard enough.

Removing Molding Paper
Remove the molding paper.
9
Curing
Keep it into water for 5/6 days.

Finshing
Finishing with sandpaper.

Coloring
Color the product.
